farinha de trigo até o ponto de enrolar,aproximadamente 1 xícara<br />
sal a gosto<br />
Molho:<br />
300g de carne moída<br />
2 dentes de alho<br />
1 cebola pequena picada<br />
orégano e cebolinha gosto<br />
1 cubo de caldo de carne<br />
1 sachet de extrato de tomate (340g)<br />
2 colheres (sopa) de óleo ou azeite<br />
Queijo parmesão ralado para polvilhar<br />
<br />
MODO DE PREPARO<br />
Em uma panela aquecer o azeite e refogar o alho e a cebola<br />
Colocar a carne moída,cubo de caldo de carne,orégano e 1 xícara de água<br />
Refogar até amolecer<br />
Acrescentar o extrato de tomate e mais um pouco de água<br />
Quando engrossar desligar e colocar a cebolinha<br />
Cozinhar as mandioquinhas sem a casca e espremer ainda quentes<br />
Deixar esfriar e acrescentar os outros ingredientes, a farinha coloque aos poucos<br />
Em uma superfície enfarinhada fazer rolinhos e cortar no tamanho desejado<br />
Colocar aos poucos em água fervente<br />
Quando subirem retirar e colocar em escorredor<br />
Colocar em uma travessa, regar com o molho e polvilhar queijo ralado

Modo de preparo

6. Retire o papel-alumínio e deixe assar até dourar.<br />
7. Prepare a farofa: em uma frigideira, aqueça o óleo e frite as rodelas de banana até ficarem douradas.<br />
8. Coloque-as sobre papel-toalha para retirar o excesso de gordura. Reserve.<br />
9. Em uma frigideira, derreta a manteiga, doure a cebola e o restante do alho.<br />

Depois corte um pedaço do osso com a cartilagem, deixando um pedacinho de osso no final de cada coxinha. 2°- Em uma tigela faça uma pasta com 1 tablete de caldo de galinha esfarelado, 1 fio de óleo e sal a gosto. Passe esta pasta nas coxinhas (desossadas acima). No buraco que se formou em cada coxinha (onde estava o osso) coloque um embrulho de papel alumínio com feijão cru (ou outro grão). Enfie bem para que a coxinha permaneça com o formato original. Coloque as coxinhas numa assadeira e leve ao forno médio 180° C por 10 minutos. Retire do forno e deixe que esfriem.<br />
3°- Retire o excesso de pele de cada coxinha e o embrulho de papel alumínio com feijão. Na cavidade que se formou dentro de cada coxinha recheie com uma porção de requeijão cremoso temperado com salsinha e cebolinha picadinha a gosto. Embrulhe cada coxinha em um retângulo de massa folhada (13 cm X 6,5 cm) deixando o pedacinho de osso para fora (sem ficar coberto com massa). Repita o mesmo procedimento com as outras coxinhas. Coloque cada coxinha numa assadeira, pincele 1 gema na massa folhada e leve ao forno médio a 180° C por +/- 30 minutos ou até dourar. Modo de Preparo:</h3>

<li>Misture em uma vasilha, o ovo, açúcar, sal, ovo e o fermento, até dissolver bem o fermento, adicione o óleo, leite morno e a água morna, mistura bem</li>
